Welcome to Living-Light. I pray that the offerings within bring benefit to you, your loved ones, humanity and the miracle of all that exists.
I'm a loving wife, mother of four very precious daughters and blessed to be part of a wonderful wider family...in my heart I am a warrior for all- aiming for a fully lived life lead by love, compassion, gratitude and understanding. This has been innate to me since I can remember and I've realised one can't defy one's purpose. We have one chance, lets make it count! Finding that inner Heaven on Earth and living my motto:
'Don't let life become you, let it enlighten you!'
is what I aim to live by daily and offer to others.
Born in South Africa currently living in the United Kingdom I take with me many travels and memories of the shining souls I've had the privilege of meeting along life's adventurous journey so far. Personally I've explored many different paths...in my youth a ballerina, gymnast, kick-boxer and tennis player. In my young adulthood working a little in front of camera and behind as a wardrobe stylist in film, office administration, jointly having owned a branding company as well as a food company, data analyst in IT and worked in a school to name a few.
My love for learning embedded an array of fields ~ Business and Management, Admin, Film, Wardrobe Stylist, Meditation, Varied styles of Yoga, Breath Work, Sound Therapy, Reiki Masters, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systematic Kinesiology. Continued studies include energy medicine, psychology and religion.
I am Catholic in faith. Rich and deeply set in my heart is how blessed and in awe I am of this wondrous miracle we get to call life and being a part of it. True hope and joy run through me for all that exists, to cherish oneself and all, to unite and share, moving gracefully with universal love and actively celebrating life wishing the goodwill of all beautiful beings seeing beyond the surface level of our human ways. I truly believe there is something bigger than any challenge lovingly holding each and every one of us. My hearts desire and calling is to facilitate re-igniting the worth, joy & wondrous miracle of one's own life in this great world we get to call home. To let this joy flow freely from within us and through us. The way I teach, love and move stems from this deeply rooted essence I call the divine and the joyful gratitude I have for the blessed miracle of existence.
Life for me as for all has had many crossroads, some smooth & plain sailing, some joyful & sad and others confusing & bumpy.
'One thing for certain is that things certainly change!' -quoted by my loving Dad. My logic on that: 'Then it's all in the way we deal with things!. I aim to help one process, accept, utilise and rise above the unease.
